We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to join our team in Guindy, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment and team handling.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing to onboarding

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct interviews and support final hiring decisions

Lead and guide the recruitment team

Track hiring metrics and ensure timely closures

Eligibility Criteria

MBA / MSW in HR or any HR-related degree

5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently
