HRTalky India is looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-level and senior positions. The candidate should have strong expertise in talent sourcing, stakeholder coordination, and recruitment execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for lateral and senior-level roles

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks

• Conduct HR screening interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds

• Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and candidate closures

• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics

• Improve time-to-hire and candidate experience

• Mentor and guide junior recruiters, if required

Key Skills Required

• Proven experience in lateral hiring and bulk hiring

• Hands-on knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements independently

• Good understanding of recruitment KPIs and reporting
