• Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, medical specialists, and senior executives

• Coordinate with HR Managers and department heads to define role requirements

• Source candidates via Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and maintain talent databases

• Screen, interview, and manage selection processes ensuring quality candidate experience

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified medical professionals

Candidate Profile:

• 5–6 yrs HR experience, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills

• Excellent networking and communication abilities
