Job Overview

We are hiring a Senior HR Recruiter (WFH) with strong communication skills and hands-on experience in job portals. This role is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working remotely and handling both recruitment and basic client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates using job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WorkIndia, and Apna

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Handle candidate calls and follow-ups

Coordinate with clients and support hiring needs

Generate leads and assist in client acquisition

Maintain candidate and client databases

Eligibility Criteria

Any UG degree / MBA

1–2 years of experience in recruitment

Experience using multiple job portals (mandatory)

Good communication skills in Tamil and English (mandatory)

Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Requirements

Personal laptop, Wi-Fi, and mobile phone (mandatory)

SIM card will be provided by the company

Work Details

Work Mode: Work From Home

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation Details

Commission-based (No fixed salary)

Expected earnings: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month based on performance
