Key Responsibilities

Lead the complete HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Effectiveness.

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, HR metrics, benefits administration, employee engagement, and HR budgeting.

Manage end-to-end hiring for campus and lateral recruitment.

Partner with department heads to develop job descriptions and hiring strategies.

Design and implement onboarding programs to enhance employee experience.

Develop HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives.

Drive performance management by creating KPIs and KRAs with functional leaders.

Analyze HR metrics such as hiring costs, retention, and organizational performance.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and compliance with employment laws.

Strengthen organizational culture and support strategic HR initiatives.
