Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments
• Develop hiring strategies to attract high-quality talent
• Manage job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer processes
• Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs
• Improve hiring speed and quality through structured recruitment processes
2. HR Operations & Policy Management
• Build and manage HR policies, processes, and employee engagement initiatives
• Handle onboarding, performance management, and retention programs
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
3. Team Management
• Lead and guide the HR team
• Monitor and improve HR processes to support business growth
Eligibility
• PG: MBA/PGDM in HR / Industrial Relations
• Strong experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR operations
• Knowledge of HR systems and recruitment platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn
Compensation & Perks
