ENCO Shoes is looking for a proactive Senior HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations for its manufacturing unit. The role includes employee records management, attendance and payroll coordination, ERP/HRMS support, statutory compliance, training coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and preparation of HR reports and MIS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HR operations experience, strong knowledge of labour laws, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Work Location: In-person (Ranipettai)
