Job Description

Velan Consulting is hiring multiple IT Recruiters to support recruitment for the Australia IT market. The role involves managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions while working remotely from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle for Australian IT roles

• Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and social media platforms

• Apply Boolean search techniques to identify suitable profiles

• Coordinate with onsite candidates and recruitment agencies

• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations

• Maintain recruitment data and ensure timely hiring closures

Requirements

• Mandatory Work From Home setup (Laptop, internet, quiet workspace)

• Experience in onsite or offshore IT recruitment preferred

• Willingness to work with Australian hiring requirements
