Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while working closely with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.

Key Responsibilities

>Handle the complete recruitment life cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and follow-ups

>Understand job requirements and draft clear job descriptions

>Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals

>Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

>Maintain an updated candidate database and recruitment tracker

>Support onboarding activities and basic HR documentation

>Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks as required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
