The role includes employee lifecycle management, attendance and payroll coordination, HRMS (Spine HRMS) operations, statutory compliance, policy implementation, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR reporting & analytics. The position requires strong knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, HRMS systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills.
