Key Responsibilities:

>Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction

>Manage HR operations, employee records, documentation, and HRMIS

>Coordinate payroll processing, attendance, and leave management

>Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, etc.)

>Support employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling

>Lead and support the HR team with proper guidance and supervision

>Assist in drafting, implementing, and updating HR policies and procedures

>Conduct training and development programs

>Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements
