Job Summary:

Kalyan Silks is seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The role requires sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while coordinating with hiring managers to ensure workforce requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

>Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

>Understand hiring requirements and design effective sourcing strategies

>Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate databases

>Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities

>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

>Support campus hiring, walk-ins, and recruitment drives as needed

>Prepare recruitment MIS reports for management

>Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws related to hiring

Required Skills & Competencies:

>Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques

>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

>Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

>Negotiation and stakeholder management skills

>Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS tools

>Analytical, organized, and self-motivated

Preferred Attributes:

>Experience in bulk hiring or lateral recruitment

>Knowledge of HR best practices

>Immediate joiner or available on short notice
