Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source and screen candidates using recruitment portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.

Achieve daily sourcing targets by identifying qualified candidate profiles.

Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly hiring and billing targets.

Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and reports.

Coordinate with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
