Field Recruiter

Job Description:

Shibaura Machine India Pvt Ltd is looking for a Field Recruiter to support bulk hiring for manufacturing roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring smooth onboarding.

Responsibilities:

Source candidates through field visits, job fairs, ITI / Diploma colleges

Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews

Coordinate interviews with HR team

Maintain candidate database and follow-ups

Collect and verify candidate documents (Aadhar, PAN, Certificates, etc.)

Ensure candidate joining and onboarding

Travel within Chennai for recruitment activities

Requirements:

Any Degree / Diploma

Freshers or experience in recruitment can apply

Basic MS Office knowledge

Good communication skills (Tamil & Basic English)

Willingness to do field work

Salary & Benefits:

₹15,000 per month
