What You’ll Do

This is a field-heavy recruitment role, not a desk-only HR job:

Hire security guards, officers, cleaners, housekeeping staff

Use job portals + local hiring drives + social media

Conduct interviews & basic screening

Perform background verification & compliance checks

Handle onboarding (uniforms, documentation, training)

Coordinate with clients & hiring managers

This is mass hiring / blue-collar recruitment, not corporate HR.
