Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

Work with clients and internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.

Assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.

Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.

Maintain candidate information in ATS and recruitment trackers.

Coordinate offer negotiations and onboarding.

Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Achieve monthly hiring targets and turnaround-time goals.

Stay updated on hiring practices, visa types, and market trends.
