Job Responsibilities:

Source and identify healthcare professionals for the US market using job portals and other sourcing methods.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

Understand client hiring needs and match suitable candidates.

Negotiate salary and finalize candidate placements.

Support Account Managers and Team Leads with urgent hiring requirements.

Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System
