Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management and Technologyy

Source, screen and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and databases.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules and candidate follow-ups.

Act as the first point of contact for candidates.

Coordinate with clients and hiring managers.

Support recruitment drives, campus hiring and mass hiring.

Maintain ATS, recruitment trackers and hiring documentation.

Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement.

Ensure recruitment timelines and targets are achieved.
