Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles.

Focus on Blue Collar and bulk hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor networks.

Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage hiring for Manufacturing, Construction, Oil & Gas, Logistics, and other industries.

Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring reports.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offers, and joining.

Support documentation, offer rollouts, and onboarding processes.

Freshers and experienced candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
