Key Responsibilities

US Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source and recruit candidates for US Non-IT positions through LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, and other sourcing channels.

Handle end-to-end recruitment for W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.

Recruit across domains including BFSI, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering (Non-IT), and Techno-Functional roles.

Screen candidate profiles based on client requirements.

Conduct initial HR interviews to assess communication skills, work authorization, availability, and salary expectations.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding.

Maintain candidate records and ATS updates.

Build strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and hiring managers.

Achieve recruitment targets while maintaining submission quality.
