Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial candidate calls to understand qualifications, experience, salary expectations, and availability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Assist with offer follow-up, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination.

Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Recruit for non-IT positions such as Sales, Marketing, BPO, Customer Service, Finance, Administration, Retail, and Operations.

Maintain professional communication and provide a positive candidate experience.
