Key Responsibilities

Handle the complete Non-IT recruitment lifecycle.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-Ray search, referrals and networking.

Screen and evaluate candidates according to client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate compensation and support successful onboarding.

Maintain candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Work on direct client and implementation partner requirements.
