Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray search, networking, and referrals.

Screen and evaluate candidates according to client requirements.

Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Handle compensation negotiations and candidate closures.

Coordinate successful onboarding.

Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and recruitment databases.

Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.

Work on both Full-Time and Contract hiring requirements.

Handle W2, C2C, and 1099 recruitment models.
