Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Non-IT positions across industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, BFSI, Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance.

Understand client hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates.

Conduct telephonic interviews and preliminary candidate screening.

Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.

Negotiate salary and employment terms with candidates.

Close assigned positions within timelines.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Support end-to-end domestic staffing activities.
