Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions.

Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean/X-Ray search.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.

Evaluate candidates based on client requirements, work authorization, compensation, and availability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer acceptance.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment KPIs.

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes and client requirements.
