Manage end-to-end US IT & Non-IT recruitment.

Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.

Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability.

Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.

For Lead/Manager roles, manage recruiter teams, assign requirements, and monitor performance.

Collaborate with account managers on hiring strategies.

Ensure timely delivery and achievement of hiring targets.

Drive recruitment process improvements and optimize operations.
