Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment

o Sourcing candidates

o Screening resumes

o Conducting initial interviews

o Coordinating with clients

o Follow-ups until hiring

• Hiring for Automobile, Manufacturing, and IT roles

• Using job portals and other sourcing methods

Eligibility

• Any Graduate

• 1–4 years recruitment experience (preferably Non-IT hiring)

• Knowledge of:

o Talent acquisition

o Recruitment lifecycle

o Candidate sourcing
