Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, LinkedIn, social media and referrals.

Handle high-volume recruitment for BPO, Inside Sales, Sales and other business roles.

Conduct screening calls and initial HR interviews to identify suitable candidates.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, document collection and joining coordination.

Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment reports and follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
