Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT, BPO, and bulk hiring requirements.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and recruitment channels.

Build and maintain candidate databases and talent pipelines.

Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.

Coordinate hiring processes and candidate follow-ups.

Manage job postings and recruitment advertisements.

Achieve hiring targets within given timelines.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates.
