Manage end-to-end US recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other job portals.

Work with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.

Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close offers.

Build relationships with candidates, clients, and implementation partners.

Maintain ATS/VMS systems and recruitment metrics.

Support AI-driven recruiting practices.
