About the Role

Imperial Diagnostics is seeking a skilled Manager Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment operations, handle candidate sourcing through various portals, and coordinate with clients. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates via job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Work India, Apna, etc.

Handle candidate calls and client communications.

Lead generation and managing recruitment pipelines.

Maintain recruitment records and reporting.

Requirements

Qualification: Any UG Degree / MBA in HR.

Experience: 3–5 years in recruitment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with multiple job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.

Job Details

Duty Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Office SIM card provided.

Immediate joiners preferred.
