Job Description:

The Manager – HR & Operations will handle all HR functions, ISO compliance, KPA management, and day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance

• Any Graduate

• Ensure ISO standards and KPA processes are properly maintained

• Oversee all operational aspects of the manufacturing setup

• Handle challenging situations with confidence and flexibility

• Support long-term strategic HR and operations planning
