Job Summary

Rrootshell Technologiiss Pvt Ltd is hiring a US IT Recruitment Coordinator to support and manage end-to-end coordination activities for its US recruitment operations. The role involves close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, vendors, and interview panels to ensure smooth and timely recruitment processes for US IT positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with recruiters, hiring managers, and vendors for US IT hiring (Analytics & other technologies)

• Manage and update ATS, track candidate progress, and collect interview feedback

• Handle interview scheduling, offer coordination, and negotiation support

• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes with US interview panels

• Ensure smooth communication and process alignment across stakeholders

Requirements

• Prior exposure to US IT Recruitment (preferred)

• Ability to work in night shifts

• Immediate joiners or candidates with maximum 15 days’ notice preferred
