>Handle complete recruitment lifecycle for IT & Digital Marketing roles

>Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

>Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

>Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements

>Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups

>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports

>Handle offer negotiation and joining formalities

>Achieve monthly hiring targets while ensuring candidate satisfaction
