Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Talent Acquisition Executive / HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple requirements simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
• Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and HR MIS reports
• Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines
• Support job postings and employer branding initiatives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
