Role Overview

Webito Infotech is looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with 4+ years of strong end-to-end IT recruitment experience. This role demands hands-on expertise in hardcore IT hiring, independent role closures, and close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
• Hire for technical roles such as Developers, Testers, Designers, DevOps, Support Engineers
• Handle non-technical hiring for BDE, Product Sales, HR, etc.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, networking
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate and schedule technical interviews
• Maintain candidate pipelines and hiring trackers
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, counter-offers, and joining closures
• Ensure a positive candidate experience
• Meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets
