Job Overview

GVI ITALY is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Generalist (Recruitment Specialist) to independently manage end-to-end recruitment operations along with core HR responsibilities. This role involves 80% recruitment and 20% HR operations, making it ideal for a confident HR professional capable of handling bulk and senior-level hiring.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

>Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (80%)

>Manage complete recruitment lifecycle across multiple departments

>Source candidates via Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and professional networking

>Screen resumes and conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

>Coordinate interview schedules with HODs and senior management

>Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and appointment documentation

>Ensure timely closure of positions and fulfilment of manpower requirements

>Maintain accurate and organised candidate and employee personal files

>Onboarding & Induction (20%)

>Plan and execute structured induction programs for new joiners

>Prepare department-wise induction documentation

>Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of employees

>Core HR Operations

>Attendance & Leave Management

>Track daily attendance and maintain leave records

>Share monthly attendance and leave data for payroll processing

>Payroll Coordination

>Provide accurate employee data and inputs for monthly payroll

>Exit & Separation

>Handle resignations, conduct exit interviews, and manage F&F settlements

>Prepare exit documentation and ensure smooth separation process

>Employee Engagement

>Plan employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives

>Foster a positive, healthy, and motivating workplace culture

Eligibility Criteria

>Graduation mandatory

>Must possess 10th, 12th, and Graduation certificates
