Key Responsibilities:

>Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring requirements

>Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet organizational manpower needs

>Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, databases, and referrals

>Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for various roles

>Maintain and manage candidate databases and recruitment tools

>Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes

>Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience

>Prepare recruitment reports and hiring metrics

>Work independently while meeting hiring targets within timelines
