Role Overview
This role is core payroll + labour law compliance–centric, handling large-scale manpower (800+ employees), mainly from a contractor / multi-site environment. The position requires hands-on statutory execution, audit handling, and coordination with consultants, sites, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
• Handle payroll for 800+ employees
• Prepare payroll sheets & attendance data
• Ensure payroll compliance as per latest labour law changes
• Automate payroll & compliance processes (site-wise)
Statutory Compliance
• PF, ESIC, PT, LWF registrations (state-wise & client-wise)
• Manage factory license & labour license
• Handle statutory returns:
o Annual returns
o POSH
o Maternity
o Other mandatory labour filings
• Coordinate with compliance consultants on audit observations
Audit & Documentation
• Prepare documentation for:
o Statutory audits
o Client / PMC inspections
• Visit client sites for compliance audits (travel required)
HR Operations Support
• Onboarding coordination
• Appointment letters & joining formalities
• MIS reporting to HR Head
• Vendor coordination

Eligibility & Experience
Education
• BBA / BMS (HR) OR MBA / PGDM – HR
• Additional PF / ESIC / Labour Law certification preferred
Experience
o Payroll & statutory compliance
o Contractor-side HR operations
o Factory / multi-site setup (preferred)
