Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire OPT/CPT/H1B IT consultants

• Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with candidates

• Build and maintain a strong consultant database & pipeline

• Coordinate with internal sales and onboarding teams

• Ensure smooth onboarding and project allocation

• Meet recruitment targets in a fast-paced environment
