Job Description

VAYUZ Technologies is looking for a Human Resources Intern to support end-to-end HR activities, especially recruitment and onboarding. This role offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle hiring, HR operations, and employee engagement in a fast-paced IT consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities

• Prepare and post job descriptions

• Source candidates through job portals and recruitment platforms

• Screen resumes based on job requirements

• Coordinate and conduct initial HR interviews

• Support onboarding and induction of new hires

• Complete and manage new hire documentation

• Maintain HR data and employee records

• Act as a point of support for employees and new joiners

Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

• Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment practices

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a corporate HR environment
