Job Description

Convertex India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations. The role involves employee relations, HR policy implementation, compliance management, recruitment, onboarding, and performance support to foster a positive and compliant workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations

• Handle employee relations and grievance management

• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies & procedures

• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements

• Manage recruitment and onboarding processes

• Support mentoring, engagement, and performance initiatives

• Coordinate with management to maintain a healthy work culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Relevant HR certifications (SHRM / PHR) – preferred

• FMCG sector experience – added advantage
