Job Description:

Podar International School is hiring an HR Trainee / HR Intern to support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for teaching and non-teaching staff across multiple school locations. This role provides hands-on exposure to recruitment, coordination with senior leadership, and overall HR functions within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

>End-to-end recruitment for teaching and non-teaching staff

>Sourcing, screening, and conducting preliminary interviews

>Resume evaluation and candidate assessment for role fit and culture fit

>Conducting recruitment interviews and supporting hiring decisions

>Maintaining recruitment MIS and reports

Coordinating interviews with Principals, GMs, and Head Office

>Managing walk-in candidates and recruitment drives

>Supporting HR operations across multiple schools within the assigned region

>Participating in job fairs and in-house recruitment events

>Assisting new hires during onboarding and induction

>Traveling to assigned locations as per business needs

>Supporting the HR team in day-to-day HR activities
