Sinrorobotics Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee to support the HR team. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment cycles, posting job descriptions, sourcing candidates through job portals and networking, screening resumes, conducting initial assessments, preparing offer letters, and overseeing onboarding documentation. Candidates will maintain recruitment trackers, ensure compliance with HR policies, and build a strong talent pipeline.
