>HR Internship completion is mandatory

>Strong communication skills

Experienced Candidates

>4 months to 2 years of experience

>Experience strictly from Staffing / Recruitment Firms

>Mandatory experience in Domestic Recruitment

Preferred exposure in:

>IT Recruitment OR

>Non-IT (Manufacturing / Engineering) OR

>BPO Volume Hiring

>Experience handling Permanent & C2H hiring

Key Skills Required

>End-to-end talent sourcing and candidate screening

>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

>Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment

>Adaptability to fast-paced and performance-focused culture
