Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining
• Conduct telephonic interviews and explain job roles & company profile
• Deliver quality candidates within defined timelines
• Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, documentation, salary negotiation, onboarding, and post-joining
• Recruit junior to senior-level positions
• Attend management meetings and prepare weekly recruitment reports
• Communicate employer information and benefits during screening
• Stay updated on organizational policies and employment laws
