Key Responsibilities:

>Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process

>Source candidates through job portals and referrals

>Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

>Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

>Support senior recruiters in daily hiring activities

Eligibility Criteria:

>Must have a personal laptop

>Strong communication skills in Hindi and English

>Comfortable with calling and telephonic interviews

>Ready to learn HR recruitment and talent acquisition

>Freshers and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
