Job Description

The HR Recruiter (Fresher) role involves handling end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle

• Source candidates through job portals and social platforms

• Use Monster (Foundit), LinkedIn, Shine, and Naukri for sourcing

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

• Coordinate interviews with senior HR team

• Send call letters and schedule interviews

• Conduct initial interviews (phone/video/in-person)

• Perform cold calling and candidate follow-ups

• Maintain candidate database, trackers, and MIS reports

• Support employee onboarding, induction, and training
