Job Description:

FPL Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations for a large workforce. The role requires strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, and advanced Excel skills to ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.

Key Responsibilities:

>End-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees

>Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, etc.)

>Maintain attendance, leave, and salary records

>Handle full & final settlements and reimbursements

Prepare payroll MIS reports and support audits

>Address employee payroll-related queries

>Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for smooth payroll operations

Preferred Skills:

>Hands-on experience with Payroll / HRMS software

>Good communication and analytical skills
