Key Responsibilities

>HR Operations & Administration

>Manage complete employee lifecycle operations including onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities

>Prepare, maintain, and update employee documentation and personnel records

>Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR files and statutory documentation

>Assist in payroll processing, verification, and coordination

>Handle PF-related coordination and statutory compliance support

>Maintain and update employee data in HRMS / HRIS systems
